Proof of Concept

For proof of concept we made a presentation for courses weekly workshop 6. The following text are taken from that presentation.

Evaluation & Findings

Suggestions for improvements, taken from Google Forms:
○ Recognizing and warning about dehydration – reminder to drink water
○ “Maybe the shirt could react to temperature, and become warmer or cooler”
○ Control over notifications
○ “I would like to track my progress on "good sitting" and also how much i was for example using my desk as a stand - up desk or sitting.”
○ Activity/rest reminders: drink, look outside the window, stretch etc.
○ Goal-setting to improve healthier positions, e.g. “stand 1 min more than the day before”
○ Using the same device to locate people suffering memory disorders

UX Goals

Our product has no clear UX goals, but couple ideas that arose from the workshop 6 and from the Google Forms are:
○ Intuitive
○ Hassle free - Does not distract the normal flow of the work and does not add any extra steps while using it. The point is to make work of the user free from extra identifications and setups.
○ Comfortable
○ Takes different fashions and styles into account

To measure these UX goals we are going to carry out user testing and user interviewing.
